What is a State Registered Vendor?

At NAM, Registered Vendors and Partners play very different roles:

• Registered Vendors are professionals who have completed our registration process to market and provide paid services to contestants and their families during the NAM state pageant.

• Partners generously provide free services or products to our contestants and/or royalty year-round. 

With hundreds of contestants in our state pageants, our official partners simply can’t meet every contestant and family’s needs. Registered Vendors help bridge that gap. Think of it as a marketing and advertising opportunity aimed directly at a captive, curated audience eager for your services.

Registered Vendor Levels

Standard – $150

“Your place in the spotlight.”

• Listing on the Contestant Resources web page at namstatepageant.com.

• Listing includes hyperlink to one page of your choice (website, social page, or booking form)

Spotlight – $250

“Stand out a little more.”

• All Standard benefits, plus

• Designated as a "Spotlight Registered Vendor" on your web listing

• Your logo will be added to your listing on our web page

• Two hyperlinks (recommend website/social + direct booking link)

• Social media post & tag/collab on our Instagram account announcing the Registered Vendors

Premier – $500

“Be seen everywhere.”

• All Spotlight benefits, plus

• Listed as a "Premier Registered Vendor" on our web page

• Feature page in the Pageant Yearbook, (one free copy is given to every contestant and queen and additional copies are sold in the NAM Boutique).

• Flyer (you provide the physical flyers) included in one pre-pageant mailing that we send to all contestants.

• Option to have a retractable banner (you provide) onsite at the pageant located near the NAM Boutique to advertise your business.

We will review your application. Upon approval, you'll receive a State Sponsorship Agreement to sign.
