SCHEDULE
Click below for an online version of the the Day-At-A-Glance (DAAG) schedule. If you would like a printed copy of your age division schedule, feel free to pick one up after Check-In in the Boutique! As a reminder, we ask that you attend all required events for your division including Kick-Off, Pink Party, Dance Rehearsal, Formal Wear Rehearsal, Finale Rehearsal, Formal Wear Competition, Personal Introduction Competition, Interview, and Finale.You are welcome to attend any other events.
BOUTIQUE
At the NAM Boutique, Reigning & Visiting Queens receive a 30% discount on all items except pageant finale tickets.
For your Production # T-Shirt, reigning AL, LA, MS queens will receive their shirt free of charge for their farewell weekend. Paid visiting national queens will also receive their shirt free of charge. For a Visiting State Queens, if you wish to perform in the Opening # Dance during your age division finale, you may purchase the T-Shirt for $25. All queens should pick up their T-Shirts from the Boutique, letting staff know your name and title.
EVENTS
At NAM, we all know the 15 minute rule - arrive early or you are late! This is especially important for our Royalty and Royalty Family. You set the tone and help us so much pageant weekend to establish expectations and set a great example for our contestants. If you will be helping during an event, demo'ing, or participating in any way, you must arrive at least 15 minutes early to that event. If events run back-to-back like Optionals, you must arrive as early as possible given the schedule.
When you arrive to an event unless you have been instructed otherwise by Staff, come backstage podium side to check in with the staff member running that event. You will likely be instructed to find your emcee card in a seat or stand in a specific place backstage so Staff can arrange you in order. Please be respectful of staff, contestants, and ready to help!
PHOTOS & VIDEOS
We are pleased to offer your on-stage photos from all events! These will include demo'ing Optionals, Formal Wear, Personal Introduction, an Interview Headshot, Opening Dance #, Finales and Farewells! All of your photos can be ordered for $99 total on your phone by texting
mobile25 to 735-343, then clicking the link you are texted back and following the steps to upload your photo! Select QUEEN as your age division. If you have questions, scan the QR code displayed pageant weekend. NO PHOTOS AVAILABLE AFTER YOUR FINALE BEGINS!
Urban Hill Photography is offering Studio Sessions during pageant weekend! You can book your shoot with Victor at urbanhillphotography.com/booking to get some amazing additions to your portfolio, new headshots, whatever you need!
Video Packages are available for purchase from Video Memories. Their information will be displayed at the pageant. Let them know if you have any questions. Make sure you check the deadline for ordering!
FINALES
You are being given 2 all-access Royalty Family badges that act as tickets to get you into all Finales. In addition to that, you are being given 6 physical tickets to your age division's Finale. You will have 8 reserved seats on the front row for your Farewell Finale. If you wish to purchase more tickets, you can do that at the Boutique. Please let Macy know how many additional guests you will have so we can try our best to have seating with you all together for your farewell Finale. You will be let into the ballroom for your farewell finale at least 15 minutes before the show starts. Head to the Main Stage door and let the person taking tickets know you are Reigning Royalty for that show. All other Visiting Royalty family will be let in at that time, as well, but you will not have the same reserved seating for that finale.
Turn your farewell video into the sound table at the Main Stage ASAP so Jason can confirm you are all set! Once your queen's farewell video starts playing during her finale, you will make your way backstage screen side and be directed on stage by staff.
