How do I order photos?
Step 1: Start a new text message and type this number in where you would normally type in the phone number: 735-343
Step 2: Type your pageant code into the text box and hit send (find *code for your pageant at bottom of this page).
Step 3: You will receive a text message, click on the link and then follow the directions to upload a selfie. For best results, the selfie should just be of the contestant, shows her face up close and clearly, and should not be filtered. It is fine to simply take a quick photo of your face with your phone. This selfie is just for facial recognition.
Step 4: After you upload your selfie, you will be asked if you want to go ahead and purchase the Photo Pass of all your photos for just $99 and they will be sent directly to your phone. Or you can choose to receive free previews. These previews will have the face covered, but you will be able to press your finger on the image to briefly remove the face shield, so you can preview the photo...but you won't be able to save them photo. You can preview and then decide if you want to purchase the Photo Pass - but keep in mind that the deadline to purchase your photos package is before your finale.
Step 5: You will be asked to select your "LEVEL" and this is your age division. It is very important that you select the correct age division. Pay close attention and be sure you choose the correct age division so your photos can be matched!
What photos are included and what is the cost?
Formal wear, personal introduction, the finale with the opening number, awards, and crowning, plus the onstage optionals! You receive all of your beautiful stage photos for just $99.
What is the deadline to order?
Orders accepted until the finale for your age division.
How quickly will my photos/previews be uploaded and sent to my phone?
We work to upload your photos as soon as possible, but if the hotel WIFI is slow or the pageant is very large, it can take some time because we take so many photos. Our first priority is to upload Formal Wear so that everyone can receive these photos/previews before their finale. This allows you to see the quality of our work in case you are waiting to decide whether to purchase the Photo Pass. We also try to upload personal introduction as quickly as we can (since everyone participates in that competition). We then begin uploading optional contests, but it may take a few more days to get all of those optional contest photos uploaded. Your Photo Pass for $99 will include all your photos even if it takes us several days to get them all uploaded. We appreciate your patience as we take tens of thousands of photos every pageant weekend!
What if I am not receiving my photos?
There are several possible reasons:

You should receive your formal wear photos/previews prior to your pageant finale. Other events may take longer to upload.

If it is the day of your finale and you still haven't received your formal wear photos/previews, you may need to upload a new selfie because the system may be having difficulty matching your selfie to your stage photos. To upload a new selfie: visit this link: https://waldo.photos/consumer/identities and while logged in to your Waldo account to update the selfie* on file. If you have uploaded a new selfie and it has been at least 16 hours since you competed in formal wear and you still haven't received your formal wear photos/previews, we need to confirm you selected the correct age division when you uploaded your selfie. Send an email to info@theimaginestudios.com and also send an email to support@waldophotos.com.

If a contestant joins a gallery multiple times using different phone numbers, then pays for photos with one account, she will still see the other one with the Waldo FaceBlocker on the proofs. She needs to log in with the phone number used to purchase the photos.
What if I am receiving someone else's photos?
No worries! We have your photos and will make sure you receive them. It's just a glitch in the system and can be sorted out. Upload a new selfie and that may fix the issue. If not, send an email to support@waldophotos.com. You may end up seeing both your photos and the photos of another contestant in your album for a few days, but the system will sort it out and the other contestant's photos will eventually disappear.
How do I save/download my photos?
The links you are texted allow you to view photos and save them to your phone one at a time. However, you can download the Waldo Photos app and download multiple photos (or all of them) at one time and save them to your camera roll on your phone. You can download the Waldo Photos app from the App or Google Play Store. When viewing your photos in the Waldo Photos app, simply click the three dots in the top right corner and tap “Download photos”. Then you can multi-select, or select all, to download them right to your camera roll.
Can I buy individual photos instead of the complete package?
The photos are only offered for sale as a package with the Photo Pass for $99 and are not available for individual purchase.
I bought photos last year (or a prior year or at Nationals) and I already have the Waldo app, but I do not see my 2025 photos?
