The discounted rooms may sell out before the cutoff date of Aug. 12, 2026. We will make every attempt to encourage the hotel to add more rooms to the block, but we can not guarantee that discounted rooms will be available up until the cutoff date.

Last day checks are accepted. After this date, all payments must be credit/debit cards, cashier checks, money orders or cash.
August 22 - Online Payments
All payments after Aug. 22 must be made in person at Pageant Check-in. Make online payments for sponsor fees, optional contests, tickets, production outfit, Crash Course, etc.
August 22 - Upload Photogenic photos, as well as ScreenTest and The "Reel Me" videos via Pageant Portal if entered in these optional contests.
*Optional Contests
Entries are accepted until the optional contest is full. If you want to enter a specific optional contest, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible to ensure the contest does not fill up and you lose the opportunity. Add optional contests to your order on the portal by clicking "Edit Order" at pageantportal.com.
Recommendations Contest
The deadline to submit recommendations is midnight on the day of your Pageant Check-in.
