Thank you for serving as a judge for National American Miss. We truly appreciate your support and the important role you played in making our pageant a success.

We are counting on you as a judge, and due to NAM's judging qualification process, it is difficult to find replacements on short notice, so please honor your commitment to serve. If you have any questions about the schedule, travel, expenses, etc., please contact us right away at info@namstatepageant.com.

Here are details to help make this experience a smooth one for both you and NAM:

• MANUALS: Please review the Overall Judges Manual (for the Blue and Pink panels judging the required competitions) or the Optional Judges Manual (for the Yellow and Orange panels judging the optional contests).

• SCHEDULE: We ask that you review the schedule and suggested attire you received via email. Please arrive on time for your first event which is Judges Orientation. At this meeting, you will meet your Judges Coordinator and the other members of your panel. You will also be given a more detailed schedule that indicates the time for each event you will be judging.​ 

​​

• TRAVEL: If you were approved for air travel, your ticket was purchased by he pageant and you should have received an email from the airline with your confirmation number and details.Checked bags, travel to and from your home to the airport and airport parking are at your own expense. If you are driving, after the pageant, please complete the form below and a check will be mailed to you for travel reimbursement at .60/per mile.

• HOTEL: If hotel accommodations are being provided for you, please be aware that you will need to provide a credit card upon check-in to cover any incidentals. You will not be responsible for the cost of the room as that will be charged to the pageant.

• PARKING: If you are driving and are charged a fee for parking, please complete the form below for reimbursement. NAM only reimburses for self-parking, not for valet. If you choose to park valet, that is at your own expense. 

​​

• MEALS: At Judges Orientation, you will be given a check to cover meals at the rate of $40/per day or $20/per half-day. Any additional meal costs are at your own expense.
