National American Miss titleholders are committed to making a difference in their communities and devote countless hours to volunteering for meaningful causes. National American Miss believes in the importance of serving and 10% of each state finalist's score comes from a community service project.

The optional talent competition gives you an opportunity to shine! And if your talent is in music, you may qualify to compete in the National Music Artist of the Year competition where the winner receives a trip to Los Angeles and a recording session at a Hollywood studio with a Grammy award-winning producer.
