       Deadlines

SPONSOR FEE: If you owe a balance on your sponsor fee, it must be paid no later than Pageant Check-In. Only cash, credit/debit cards, or money orders are accepted at Pageant Check-in. No checks are accepted.

OPTIONALS: We will keep entries open until the optional fills up for that age division, (for example, Top Model usually fills up may not be available much longer). If you want to enter optionals, we encourage you to do so now. You secure your spot by paying the optional contest entry fee. If you still want to enter optionals at Pageant Check-in, you will be able to do so as long as there are still spots available, (except Photogenic, Red Carpet Correspondent and Actress because those entries must be uploaded in advance).

PHOTOGENIC, ACTRESS, AND RED CARPET CORRESPONDENT SUBMISSIONS: If you have paid the entry fee for Photogenic, Actress, and/or Red Carpet Correspodent, those photos and/or videos must be uploaded for judging no later than one week prior to your Pageant Check-in. Upload at this link.

ONLINE PAYMENTS: Online payments will be closed about 10 days before the pageant and all payments must be made in person onsite at the pageant and only cash, or credit/debit cards, or money orders will be accepted. If you have sponsor checks, they must be received in our office by at least two weeks before the pageant. Sponsor checks and personal checks can not be turned in at the pageant. If the online payment deadline has not already passed, click above on "Make a Payment: to submit payment. If the deadline has passed, you will need to bring payment (cash, debit/credit card, or money order) to Pageant Check-in.

         Tickets
Everyone age three and up, (except the State Finalist), needs a ticket to the Final Show. All other events throughout pageant weekend are free to attend. Tickets are non-refundable and non-replaceable. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased the following ways

ONLINE: If you choose to purchase tickets online, the buyer will enter the contestant name at the time of purchase. Online ticket sales will close about ten days prior to pageant weekend. Tickets purchased online will be given to the State Finalist at Pageant Check-in and it is her responsibility to distribute tickets to her family and friends who have purchased them. Tickets are not mailed.

AT THE PAGEANT: As long as the show does not sell out in advance, tickets will be available for purchase during Pageant Check-in and at the Pageant Boutique at the host hotel.
