SCHEDULE
Click below for an online version of the the Day-At-A-Glance (DAAG) schedule. And no worries - we will also provide a printed copy for you at the staff meeting which is listed on the DAAG. If you are scheduled to arrive after the staff meeting, your folder will be at the Boutique. And please note that the Boutique schedule is the last page so please check to see if you are scheduled for a Boutique shift.
HOST HOTEL
Auburn Marriott

Your hotel room is on the master list to be paid by the pageant and you will need to provide your own credit/debit card for incidentals. Parking is free. Check out is 11:00 a.m. CST. If you are flying, we will book and pay for your shuttle, or you will be reimbursed for a shuttle.
DINING
$40 per working day will be added to your paycheck to compensate you for meals. You do not have to provide meal receipts as this reimbursement is handled as a per diem stipend. The hotel restaurant "Southern Oak" is open for breakfast and dinner and the "Splash Bar" is open for lunch and dinner.
COMMUNICATION
We will use our cell phones instead of radios for communication during pageant weekend. Please be sure that Macy (770)375-8610 has your cell phone number.
PAY
Your staff folder will include a check for your pay and your $40 per day meal stipend
TRAVEL COSTS
If you need to be reimbursed for mileage, airport parking, luggage, shuttle, etc. please use the link and an expense reimbursement check will be mailed to you the week after the pageant. If you prefer to turn in a written form, blanks will be available in the staff room.
NDA
Each year, staff members must sign a Non-Disclosure Form. Please click the link below to read and sign the NDA digitally.
W-9 FORM
A blank W-9 form will be in your staff packet for you to complete and turn in at the pageant.
