COMMUNICATION
 

We will use our cell phones instead of radios for communication during pageant weekend. Please be sure that Macy (770)375-8610 has your cell phone number.

TRAVEL COSTS

 

If you have an agreement that covers reimbursement for travel costs, please use the link and an expense reimbursement check will be mailed to you the week after the pageant.

NDA

Each year, staff members must sign a Non-Disclosure Form. Please click the link below to read and sign the NDA digitally.

W-9 FORM

If you are required to complete a W-9, you will receive an email with a link to complete an online form.
